Binga Dinshiya
Head of Civil Litigation and International Law DepartmentMr. Binga Dinshiya is the Director of Civil Litigation and International Law Department at the Attorney General’s Chambers and Ministry of Justice.
Mr. Binga obtained his LLB Degree at the University of Maiduguri in Borno State, Nigeria in 1997 and completed his Bar Vocational Course in 1999 from the Nigeria Law School in Bwari Abuja. He was called to the Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 1999.
